Strength & Balance

This section includes two classes aim at accomplishing 2 things;
1) Give a fundamental "taste" of gTonnicks to those you have never experienced it before and give them a real workout practice.
2) Help improve body balance and body posture.

Those classes are geared towards anyone who would like to improve body strength, balance, and natural control of their movements (functionality) in every day activities, including Golf, Tennis, gardening, or in the case of grand-parents playing with their grand-children.

    On your way to improving body balance and body posture:
    - Do Sequence One until you're able to perform all the numbers of sets and repetitions with precision, balance, and strength. Then, move to Sequence Two.

    Do Sequence Two until you're able to perform all the numbers of sets and repetitions with precision, balance, and strength. Then, move to Sequence Three.
    Sequence Two should take you up to 8 weeks if you do it regularly at the rate of 3 times a week on alternate days.
